Topic of the text: NFC (Near Field Communications)
This system allows the future clients to get their room number and their key room directly in their cell phone. By the way, when they arrive at the hotel, they no longer need to wait for the check in or check out. This is the contactless door lock.
Of course hotels need to be equiped for the use of this revolutionnary and safe system.
It is true that by human nature, people don't like to wait for their room when they arrive from a trip which migjt be tiring, so it is an intrersting product.
But in my opinion, it could be a pity because it entails the loss of human contacts which is the base of hospitality and also entails the idea of a "factory hotel" as they say in France. Personally i enjoy when employees at the front desk welcome me, smile to me, but this is just my feeling.
Think about it.
